The EBU Examination Committee will organise the
EBU In-Service Assessment. Continuing participation in the EBU In-Service
Assessment provides programme directors of training programmes in urology and
their trainees with clear information on the progress of their training.
Therefore, the test can be used as an additional educational tool by which
trainees will be stimulated to work on their weak spots and trainers will become
aware in which areas their trainees may need additional training and support.
Enclosed will find information about the next EBU In-Service Assessment to be
organised on Saturday, 5 March 2005 at various institutes inside and outside
Europe. Registration forms can be downloaded from the EBU website at: www.ebu.com.
Since the number of registrations is rather behind in comparison to last
year, we would appreciate it if you could promote this coming EBU event as much
as possible and encourage residents from your country to participate. Please
note that we have postponed the deadline for registration to 11 February
2005. Applications coming in after this date can not be accepted.
